Refunds & Cancelation Policy

PMB takes great interest in the satisfaction of our customers, and we understand that sometimes your purchase of a metal building may need to be cancelled. Here is our policy about refunds for the down payment you’ve paid to start your order.

If your order is cancelled, for any reason, within 30 days of the original order date, your down payment will be refunded minus a 15% processing fee. For example, if you paid a $300 down payment on your structure you will receive a refund of $255 ($300 minus the $45 fee).

After 30 days, your down payment is no longer refundable.

If you revise your order, your down payment is not refundable.

If you revise your order to a lesser cost, any difference in down payment will be forfeited and non-refundable.

All Engineered Drawings purchases are non-refundable. (Engineered drawings payment is collected by the manufacturer.)

Thank you for your understanding, it is our intention to get your building delivered and installed.

**Refunds will be processed within one week. It can take an additional week for the bank/credit card company to release the
refund.**
