Your down payment prompts a sales contract with product and delivery details.
Posted pricing does not reflect your local sales tax, which is applied on the final contract.
Your order remains pending and customizable until receipt of your signed contract.

Site Requirements

If any of these requirements are not met, there could be additional labor charges, or we may not be able to install.

Site needs to be level & clear.
Need 3’ clearance around building site.
Need enough room to safely drive within 30’ of install site.
Power/phone lines need to be 10’+ away from install site.
Customer will need to provide a telescopic forklift on-site for any building over 12’ leg, and possibly any building with a double leg.

Engineered and Calculation Drawings are an additional cost, and can be provided at your request. The engineer may add additional materials not included in this estimate or your original order. If so, the customer will be responsible for the added material costs. All buildings purchased without engineered drawings will be considered non-certified.

Down payment is requested to start your order and balance is due at installation. Some exceptions apply on custom orders.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Pro Metal Buildings takes great interest in the satisfaction of our customers, and we understand that sometimes your purchase of a metal building may need to be cancelled. Here is our policy about refunds for the down payment you’ve paid to start your order.

If your order is cancelled, for any reason, within 30 days of the original order date, your down payment will be refunded minus a 15% processing fee. For example, if you paid a $300 down payment on your structure you will receive a refund of $255 ($300 minus the $45 fee).
After 30 days, your down payment is no longer refundable.
If you revise your order, your down payment is not refundable.
If you revise your order to a lesser cost, any difference in down payment will be forfeited and non-refundable.
All Engineered Drawings purchases are non-refundable. (Engineered drawings payment is collected by the manufacturer.)

Thank you for your understanding, it is our intention to get your building delivered and installed.

**Refunds will be processed within one week. It can take an additional week for the bank/credit card company to release the
refund.**

Shipping Policy

Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation services are included with your purchase price.

The delivery & installation timeline typically ranges from 2-8 weeks from your contract date, depending on variables such as weather, location, permitting, site work, and time of year. The manufacturer will contact you one week in advance of your delivery & installation with a specific date and time. Delivery and installation occur simultaneously, with the remaining balance due at time of service.

Installation Requirements:

Site needs to be Level & Clear (if not, a labor fee may apply).
Need 3’ Clearance around building site (if not, a labor fee may apply).
Need enough room to safely drive within 30’ of install site. (if not, a fee may apply).
Power/phone lines need to be 10’+ away from install site.
Customer may need to provide a telescopic forklift on-site for any building over 12’ leg or anything over 30' wide (if you can not provide the lift, a labor fee may apply).
