> Site needs to be Level & Clear
> Need 3’ Clearance around bldg site
> Need enough room to safely drive within 30’ of install site.

> Power/phone lines need to be 10’+ away from install site

> Customer will need to provide a telescopic forklift on-site for any bldg over 12’ leg, and possibly any building with a double leg

Engineered and Calculation Drawings are an additional cost, and can be provided at your request with a completed checklist. The engineer may add additional materials not included in this estimate or your original order. If so, the customer will be responsible for the added material costs. All buildings purchased without engineered drawings will be considered non-certified.
