Do I need a Permit?

This is a common question we get when our customers are wanting to put up a garage or carport on their property. We install all over the US and within each State, County, City, Neighborhood, or Elevation the requirements can change. What is allowed on a neighbors property may or may not be allowed on yours. We direct our customers to their City or County Plannind Department to determine if they are allowed to put up what the are wanting, where they are wanting it. Once you receive approval of your plan, we can start your metal building order and in the process order Engineered Drawings or Calculation Drawings as needed per your planning department. These drawings will be created by a third party Engineering office and you will submit these to your planning department for final permit approval.
